FOUNDER - NET POSITIVE SOLUTIONS

As an architect, Nitesh has worked across design, construction and operation of the Built Environment for more than 20 years, in various design, management and strategic roles. Nitesh believes in collaboration, systems thinking and sound evidence to achieve tangible benefits. Nitesh has learnt that what works for Senior Executives in a business, is different to people on the ground…they also need the tools and frameworks to make it happen! For example, (as Group Director of Sustainability) at BAM, Nitesh found it useful to put in place appropriate targets and tools to help teams to achieve tangible goals, with relevant business cases to demonstrate what success could look like.

Nitesh’s visual approach to tackling problems and simple step by step guidance helps to take people on a journey. He helps people achieve their full potential, whether it’s large corporate Executives, business owners or individual members of the team.

Mani Lall

Consultant / Designer

ASSOCIATE - STUDIO ML

Mani’s work in Architecture has included the core elements of Architectural Design, Management, Business Development in the UK and India; and as a University Architectural Design Tutor.

Mani’s design skills are based on a strong conceptual and theoretical base, which informs and promotes design solutions. He experiences Architecture as a ‘Choreography of Space’ rather than an assemblage of various systems to form a whole.

Advancing the use of emerging technologies and methodologies in the office and their role in design has led to the use of various software and hardware toolsets with architectural space, the ‘prima materia’ as a multi dimensional canvas/space.

Throughout Mani’s Design Lead/Director roles there has been an intent and responsibility to develop the design ethos of the Practices, to raise the design profile and offering through inclusion and development of individuals and teams.

ASSOCIATE - DIRECTOR AT GRAIN

Christoph has recently been living his dream, combining his passion for design and sustainability in a single project: developing an electric motorbike for India. His desire to utilise design as a driving force to advance sustainability has always been clear. Projects include the naming and branding of Floreon, a new compostable plastic; designing reusable packaging for handbag rental platform Catwalk Club; and the rebranding of material development specialists Lucideon. He is currently focusing on the B Corp certification process for Grain.

Originally from Hannover, Germany, Christoph holds a degree in Management, Economics and Politics from the University of St Andrews, and an MA in Industrial Design from Central Saint Martins. Having worked for large multi-nationals like Sony, Qualcomm, Nokia, Tesco, and Sunglass Hut, Christoph’s work spans many industries and types of organisations including start-ups, SMEs and large enterprises as well as non-profits. It is this diversity that informs Christoph’s crisp analysis and innovative work.
